Just for today: I am a co-dependent of my addict, but today I will have the choice to work on my recovery. I will make that choice by practicing my program. |

Just for today; I will be grateful for the hope Nar-Anon has given me. I will cultivate my recovery and stop cultivating self-pity. |
|
Just for today: I will seek the support of other Nar-Anon members in recovery; harmony with others in my community; and the care of my Higher Power. I can't, but we can. 
|

Just for today: I know more about how to live than I did yesterday, but not as much as I'll know tomorrow. Today I'll learn something new. |

Just for today: I know that faith in my Higher Power will not calm the storms of life, but it will calm my heart. I will let my faith calm me in times of trouble. |

Just for today: The measure of my maturity is the extent to which I take responsibility for the maintenance of my spiritual condition. Today, I will be my highest priority. |

Just for today: I don't have all the answers, but I know where to find the one's that matter. Today, I will seek out a Nar-Anon meeting and ask "How does it work?" |

Just for today: I've recovered something I never had, something I never imagined possible: a life in recovery. Today, I will seek a Nar-Anon meeting and continue living the program. |

Just for today: I will try to live through this day only, and not tackle my whole life problem at once. |
